What I bring to a team
My role doesn't start at the first Flutter screen. I first seek to understand the problem, the users and the product's constraints. I can then take on the mobile architecture, develop the critical flows, support other developers and secure delivery.
Pillar 01
Flutter architecture, state management, Firebase integration, REST APIs, offline mode, notifications, payments, store publishing and maintenance. I favour choices the team understands and that match the product's lifespan.

I confront features with the real context: connection quality, payment habits, user technical level, work environment and expected value. A feature is finished only when it is understood and used.

How I work
Useful speed doesn't come from the number of lines written. It comes from clear decisions, an understood scope and a short feedback loop with users and the team.

Users, context, constraints, business goals and success metrics. I reformulate the problem before proposing a solution.

Architecture, component responsibilities, data model, API contracts and testing strategy. Important choices are documented before they become expensive to change.

Short, testable and demoable batches. AI accelerates some steps, but every proposal is reviewed, tested and placed back into the product's architecture.

After release, I use feedback, metrics, incidents and real behaviours to prioritise what comes next. Production is where learning begins.
Verifiable
The applications shown are not mockups. Several are available on the App Store and Google Play, some have been in use for several years, and the main metrics can be presented during an interview.
I'm primarily looking for a permanent remote role in a French-speaking product team. I'm also open to selected, well-scoped Flutter missions.
